SALES DIRECTOR

Podgorica, Montenegro

General description: Sales Director is responsible for all of activities that will be done for branch.


Education & Work Experience:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, planning, financial control, and personnel management.
  2. Strong skills in business and financial management.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proven ability to resolve conflicts effectively, work well under pressure, and perform in critical situations.
  5. Demonstrated experience in knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Leads the overall operations of the company.
  2. Develops company strategy and establishes formal policies.
  3. Selects and manages support staff.
  4. Prepares and submits monthly plans and reports.
  5. Oversees and controls daily business activities.
  6. Registers medical devices with the National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices.
  7. Collaborates with Head Office to plan and implement ongoing staff training.
  8. Monitors and reports on open case IDs submitted by engineers.
  9. Defines the monthly marketing plan and coordinates event planning with Head Office.

Authority:

The Sales Director is authorized to continuously assess branch resources to ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and materials are available to meet customer needs.
